I finished harvest the remaining beets in the garden. I have enjoyed them very much along with Dan. I made the last ones into pickled beets to be shared with those that love them. It was also bread making day ---- I am very pleased with the bread that I am able to make with my mixer. It is so much easier on me know that I do not have to knead it by hand and Brad does enjoy homemade bread. A batch a week will do us. Made scones for dinner, from some of the dough, which is one of Brad's favorites.
