It is number eighteen for Shaylee. Wow!!! the time is just flying by. I know that young people look forward to being eighteen and I hope that it lives up to Shaylees expectations. However, I do believe that she still had to get up this morning and go to school. So perhaps no drastic changes for now. 
Shaylee you came from heaven with a warm bubbly personality. I really can't say that you have that blonde factor anymore because your hair color does change periodically. However, sometimes it is just so much fun to watch that blonde factor come out because it is so genuinely honest.
