"So how is retirement?" we are often asked ---- "couldn't be better will be our reply" ---- time for each other and time for family ---- and that leaves no time for self pity. Loving every minute and grateful for each new day. When given the chance we load up and are on our way. Being with family is the best that life can offer. And their sweet love and kindness in return makes each day just a bit better

Baby Samuel
Today was the day and it went on for along time. Sam's surgery was scheduled for one-thirty but they were behind so he went in about Three. Will keep you posted to the results when his parents call.
Natalie called and Samuel came through like a trooper. The mass was on the outside of the lung and they were able to remove it by scope. She said he has three small incisions and two staples on the inside where they repaired the place that was leaking to form the mass. He will carry those two staples for the rest of his life. His Lung came back just great from being deflated to remove the mass and he is breathing on his own. Is resting. Thank you to a wonderful Father in Heaven, The Power of the Priesthood, wonderful and skilled medical personnel, prayers of family and friends and great parents. We love you Sam and look forward to your arrival home and a full recuperation.
