Happy Birthday to Meagan Brewer

Meagan Dawn Wood Brewer

Gosh it is Meagan's Birthday today and we are not at the park for the family party.  It seems kind of strange since we have celebrated with her at the park for so many years. 

Meagan is such a very special young woman.  She has always had such a sense of helping others. Her special gifts to Brad and I are so appreciated because she comes up with such unique homemade gifts.  I know that Meagan is a great blessing to her employers the Watersons in Logan.  She goes above and beyond her calling as she cares for this sweet little couple.  One of my special experiences with Meagan is when I have been blessed to accompany her when she would play her flute.  I think that perhaps my favorite song that we did was "A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief".  Perhaps as her life slows a bit she will again pick up her flute and let those beautiful songs come forth again.

Meagan is a strong woman in many ways.  Her testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ has always been firm.  Faithful in her service and obedient to the commandments.  It is wonderful to have her to sit by in our church meetings. 

A college degree has been Meagan's goal and she has accomplished that with honor.  A bachlors degree in History is now hers.  Time will tell if the Masters Degree is next. 

Garen is Meagan's eternal companion and soon little baby Tyler will join this special family.  I know that she will be a very special mother and will also find great joy in this calling.

We pray that she will always be blessed in her faithfulness and service to her family and friends.
